Joe Tarvin

Joe Tarvin has a vast work experience spanning over several years. Joe started their career in 1994 as an Operations Manager for Recovery Engineering Inc., where they managed the company's explosive growth and transitioned into a management role overseeing more than 200 associates. In 1999, they worked as a Business Analyst at Cargill, supporting various manufacturing and supply chain applications.

From 2000 to 2007, Joe worked at HighJump Software, initially as an Account Executive and Partner Sales Executive, responsible for expanding the company's presence internationally and achieving sales targets. Joe also worked as a Technical Pre-Sales Consultant, demonstrating HighJump's software solutions and contributing to the closure of major accounts.

From 2007 to 2011, Joe joined Infor as a Senior Account Executive and Senior Business Consultant, focusing on sales and technical support for Infor's Supply Chain Execution suite of software products. Joe consistently met or exceeded sales quotas and collaborated with the sales team to secure tier 1 level accounts.

In 2011, Joe transitioned to PRAGMATEK Consulting Group, where they served as a Senior Management Consultant until 2013. Following that, they worked at Vitech Business Group, Inc. from 2014 to 2017 as a Senior Business Consultant, responsible for sales and configuration of Vocollect's and Accellos' Enterprise-level voice and supply chain execution software products. Joe consistently met or exceeded sales goals and facilitated the closure of tier 1 level accounts.

In 2018, Joe held dual roles at HighJump and Voiteq as an Account Executive and Senior Business Consultant, respectively. Joe was responsible for new sales of Vocollect's voice solution and value assessment and demonstration of Voiteq's software products. Joe achieved sales targets and collaborated with technical sales and account management teams to secure tier 1 level accounts.

In 2019, Joe joined Picavi U.S. Inc. as a Senior Sales Manager, where they played a crucial role in sales operations until 2022. Currently, they are working at Iristick as the President, Americas since 2023.

Joe Tarvin earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology (B.S.E.T.) from St. Cloud State University, which they attended from 1978 to 1982. In 1991, they received a Certification in Lean Manufacturing from the JIT Institute of Technology. In 1997, Joe earned a Mini Master's degree in Manufacturing Management from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business. Joe further pursued their education in 1998 and 1999, obtaining a Certificate in Client/Server Technology from the University of Minnesota. In 2006, Joe Tarvin received a Green Belt in Six Sigma from the 3M Company.
