Arun Kumar R has held various roles in human resources throughout their career. Arun started as a Team Lead - Recruitment at EP Software Technologies Pvt Ltd in 2013 and worked there until 2015. Arun then worked as a Senior Executive Human Resources at Nestweaver from 2016 to 2017. Following that, they joined Park Global HR Services as a Sr. Human Resources from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they are working at LogixHealth as an Associate Lead - Human Resource Business Partner, starting in October 2019.

Arun Kumar R completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Anna University between 2007 and 2011. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, which they are expected to complete between 2022 and 2024.
