Swetlana Klassen

Swetlana Klassen is a highly experienced professional in digital transformation and business analysis with a robust background in operations and project management. Currently serving as the Digital Transformation Officer at Logiztik Alliance Group since October 2016, Swetlana oversees technological initiatives across Ecuador, Colombia, and the USA, manages global tech projects, and reports directly to the CEO. Prior roles include Global Business Analyst and Customer Service Leader, where Swetlana optimized processes and led continuous improvement efforts. Swetlana is also a part-time lecturer at Universidad de Las Américas, teaching advanced topics in operations and logistics. With a Master of Science in Operations, Project, and Supply Chain Management from Alliance Manchester Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Konstanz, Swetlana has a strong academic foundation complemented by practical experience from Procter & Gamble and abh Market Research GmbH.
