Michael Donahue

Michael Donahue is the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at LogMeIn. Michael has over 20 years of experience as a corporate attorney, advising clients on a wide range of legal matters. Prior to joining LogMeIn, Michael was a Junior Partner at WilmerHale, where they advised clients on IPOs, debt offerings, private equity and VC investments, licensing and partnerships, corporate and equity structuring, employment matters and corporate governance. Before WilmerHale, they were the VP and General Counsel at C.P. Baker & Co., where they advised VC fund on all aspects of legal compliance and investment structuring, and advised portfolio companies in a “incubator” structure on legal matters including fund raising, exit transactions, corporate and equity structuring, corporate governance and employment matters. Michael received their law degree from Harvard Law School and their undergraduate degree from Notre Dame.

Michael Donahue attended Northeastern University School of Law, where they earned their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Philosophy from Boston College.
