Jani Mustalampi

Jani Mustalampi has been working in the industry since 1997. Jani began their career as a Trainee at Nokia, where they developed and took in use a GPS test environment and test data reporting method. In 1999, they moved up to the position of Production Testing Project Leader at Nokia, where they were responsible for the production testing project management for product programs, including time schedule planning, resource planning, budgeting, communication between R&D and factories, and production testing development and improvement of manufacturing failure rate. From 2010 to 2016, Jani Mustalampi worked as a Supplier Manager and ATP Specialist at Ixonos, where they were involved in sourcing, evaluating, and selecting processes for electronics components and manufacturing partners, as well as evaluating new technologies for R&D projects. Since 2021, they have been the Head of Manufacturing at Logmore.

Jani Mustalampi attended Tampere University of Technology from 1992 to 2006, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree with a major in Electronics and minors in Telecommunications and Production Engineering.
