Fred McIver

Fred McIver has extensive project management experience in the technology and banking sectors, currently serving as Customer Project/Program Manager II at HP Enterprise Services since June 2010. In this role, Fred McIver tracks and reports project status, manages timelines, and ensures alignment with project strategies while coordinating all phases of infrastructure for new constructions. Prior to this, Fred McIver worked as Infrastructure Project Manager at Fleet Bank/Bank of America from July 2000 to July 2006, overseeing infrastructure projects and managing changes. Additionally, Fred McIver held a position in IT Service Delivery at Hewlett-Packard from July 2006 to June 2010, acting as a liaison between business partners and technology operations, while also mentoring vendors and managing technology requests.
