Tanner Malla

Tanner Malla has extensive experience in administrative and support roles, currently serving as a Group Assistant at Lohjan kaupunki since August 2021, after previously holding the position of Office Assistant there from August 2019 to June 2021. Tanner has worked in various capacities, including Group Assistant at Kirkkonummen kunta and as an HR Assistant during a work try-out at VMP Varamiespalvelu. Additional roles include assisting multiple organizations with event organization, website management, and membership coordination. Tanner holds several qualifications, including a degree in Work and Organization Psychology from Itä-Suomen yliopisto, a Vocational Qualification in Communication from Markkinointi-instituutti, and completed solution-focused supervisor training at Helsinki Institute of Psychotherapy. Tanner is also certified as a Scrum Master and has pursued advanced studies in coaching and sports training.
