Anna Immel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Anna currently holds the position of Head of People & Organizational Development at Lohmann GmbH & Co. KG. Prior to this, they worked as a Systemic Coach & Trainer and as an Executive Talent Development and Senior Professional Talent Development at SIXT. Anna also has experience as an HR Development Expert at Webasto Group and as a Portfolio Owner and Product Manager in HR & Learning at Akademie Deutscher Genossenschaften eV. Additionally, they have held various roles at Nassauische Sparkasse, including Projektportfoliomanagement, Personalreferentin, and Kommissarische Leiterin Personalservice. Anna Immel has a diverse education history. In 2009, they attended Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Wirtschaftspädagogik in 2012. Following this, from 2013 to 2015, Anna pursued a Master of Science in Human Resource Management at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management.
