Bernardino Olague

Bernardino Olague, P.E., PMP, serves as President & CEO of LOI Engineers since November 2011, focusing on Geotechnical Engineering and community engagement, including partnerships with The University of Texas at El Paso and the Medical Center of the Americas. In addition to leading LOI, Bernardino holds the position of Director at DBMS and previously served as Principal Engineer at A T Analytica LLC and Vice President at Raba-Kistner Consultants, Inc., among other roles. Bernardino's educational background includes a Master's degree in Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from The University of Texas at El Paso.
