Tuuli Stenbäck

Tuuli Stenbäck is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Chief People Officer at Loihde since November 2024. Previously, Tuuli held several key positions at Accountor Group from February 2019 to October 2024, including Human Resources Director for Services Finland, where leadership was provided for the people and competence development of approximately 1,000 employees across over 30 sites. Tuuli also directed HR operations for the HR Cluster and functioned as an HR Business Partner within the largest department of Accountor Group. Prior experience includes serving as Head of HR and Head of Recruitment at LeadDesk, Recruitment Lead at BOLT.works, and HR Manager at Xcellent oy. Tuuli's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences and a Master's Degree in Social Psychology from the University of Helsinki.
