Lois Lambert Gallery
The Lois Lambert Gallery showcases emerging and mid-career artists both local and international. The Lois Lambert opened the Gallery of Functional Art in 1988 becoming the first tenant in Frank Gehry’s “Edgemar” building in Santa Monica. In 1994 the Gallery moved to Bergamot Station and a year later, the Lois Lambert Gallery was opened. Since then, the Gallery has featured 70 artists working in painting, sculpture, and mixed media, as well as photography. In 2012, the Project Room was opened offering a more intimate space for exhibitions. As a member of Bergamot Station, the gallery contributes to the cultural growth of Santa Monica and the ever growing artistic community in California. The Gallery is also available as a space for events and is free for non-profit organizations.
