Loisl creates design-led places where living, working, staying and gathering connect seamlessly.

What began with The 1487 — a residential concept for longer stays in Munich — is now evolving into a broader ecosystem designed for people who arrive in a city with purpose. Instead of treating accommodation, workspace and everyday infrastructure as separate services, Loisl brings them together into one connected system.

Today, Loisl includes:

• The 1487 (A Loisl Residence) — fully furnished apartments for extended stays in central Munich
• Loisl Work — A co-working space and meeting environment in Haidhausen, Munich

Coming soon:

• Loisl House — a design-led hotel in Puchheim
• Loisl Event — a flexible event space for business and private gatherings in Puchheim

Across all locations, Loisl combines thoughtful design, simple digital processes and reliable infrastructure to create environments that work from the moment of arrival.

Whether staying for a night, a project or several months, Loisl aims to provide places that feel clear, comfortable and ready from the start.

This page will share updates from across the Loisl brand as it continues to grow.
