Marcelo D.

Marcelo D. currently serves as an Operating Partner at Advent International and has been a Sócio at MDM Martinelli since February 2016, providing consulting and advisory services focused on general management, strategy, high-performance team creation, and corporate governance best practices. Marcelo holds several board member positions, including with Amend Cosméticos, Lojas Lebes, and Pastificio Selmi. Previously, Marcelo was the President of the Administrative Board at Lojas Marisa and served as CEO of Grupo DPSP, one of Brazil's largest retail companies. Marcelo's experience also includes roles on the executive council of Abrafarma and the board of the IDV. Educational qualifications include corporate governance training from IBGC, a senior leadership program at IMD, and various degrees, including a Bachelor in Engineering from FAAP.
