Patrik Schmidt

Patrik Schmidt has extensive experience in IT operations and support, particularly in the retail sector. From May 2015 to December 2020, Patrik served as Coordenador de Operações de TI e Expansão at Lojas Lebes, overseeing IT operations and expansion for over 350 stores and ensuring the stability of essential systems. Prior to this role, Patrik held the position of Coordenador de Sustentação de Sistemas e Service Desk, leading a team of 19 and focusing on technical support and incident resolution. Patrik also managed a support team and the IT budget in the role of Coordenador Suporte, contributing to the technological expansion of the company. Earlier experience includes an internship at CEEE, where numerous IT tasks were executed.
