Manoj Agrawal has extensive experience in finance and operations, holding various leadership positions in companies such as Lok Capital, Orbis Financial Corporation Limited, Deutsche Bank, Capital Partners, Aerens Developers, Indiabulls, and Indeutsch Industries Pvt Ltd. With a background in commerce, Manoj currently serves as the COO & CFO at Lok Capital. Manoj has been responsible for a wide range of operations, including custody, clearing & settlement, fund accounting, finance & accounts, legal matters, and compliance.

Lok Capital is one of the pioneering and leading "base of pyramid" focused impact investing venture capital funds in India. Lok funds high potential entrepreneurs developing market oriented solutions to solve socially or economically challenging problems for lower income/BoP segments. Founded in 2006 by Dr. Rajiv Lall (currently the Executive Chairman of IDFC) and Donald Peck (previously Head of South Asia for Actis), Lok Capital has a corpus of approximately USD 90 million across two funds. The Fund's investors are international development institutions, including CDC Group PLC (UK), IFC, KfW (Germany), FMO (Netherlands), Proparco (France) and ACCION Investments.
