João Anhas

João Anhas started their work experience in 2012 as a Co-Founder at QuestTrip. In 2013, they participated in the Startup Pirates program. In 2014, they worked as a Full Stack Developer at Lusoinfo II Multimédia, where they were responsible for designing and implementing an educational platform. From 2014 to 2023, they had various roles at Jumia Porto Tech Center, including Lead Data Engineer and Data Engineer in Jumia Marketing & Digital Services, as well as BI Developer in Jumia Travel. Currently, they are working as a Senior Data Engineer at Loka.

João Anhas completed their Master's degree in Informatics and Computing Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2010, they attended Universidade do Minho, though no specific degree or field of study is mentioned. In addition to their educational background, João Anhas obtained the certification of AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services in April 2023.
