Mariana Elias

Mariana Elias has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in design and teaching. Mariana most recently worked as a Product Designer at Loka, starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they were a Junior UX/UI Designer at The Virtual Forge from February 2021 to April 2022. Mariana also gained experience as a Junior UX/UI Designer at East Atlantic Engineering from September 2020 to February 2021 and as a Digital Designer at Wiz Interactive from January 2020 to September 2020. Additionally, Mariana has previous experience as a Fine Arts Teacher at Escola de Belas Artes Pedro Serrenho from August 2013 to September 2017.

Mariana Elias completed their high school education at Escola Secundária Maria Amália Vaz De Carvalho from 2013 to 2016, focusing on Visual Arts. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Design from IADE, which they obtained from 2016 to 2019. In 2019, Mariana attended FLAG to specialize in UI/UX Design, completing the program in 2020. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Certificate of Membership from the Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF) in October 2021. Additionally, Mariana acquired a User Experience Design Essentials - Adobe XD UI/UX Design Certificate from Udemy in July 2021. Mariana also completed a User Testing certification from FLAG | Centro de Formação in September 2022.
