Currently serving as Vice President of Sales Marketing at Lokal Homes since September 2023, Nathan previously held key positions, including Founding Partner at DVI Equity Partners, where a focus on disruptive technologies drove investment strategies from April 2018 to November 2023. As Director of the Denver Office at Diamond Ventures, Nathan managed real estate and venture capital investments from April 2016 to November 2023, and earlier, Nathan also worked as Director of Private Equity & Real Estate Acquisitions at The Brothers that just do Gutters from August 2021 to January 2023. Lokal Homes is a Colorado-based homebuilder focused on building Condo, Townhome and Single Family Detached housing throughout the front range. Lokal began from a vision created by Dave Lemnah and Ryan Lantz, with a focus on standard features, excellent customer service and quality building. Since the inception in 2012, Lokal has closed nearly 2,000 homes from Ft. Collins to Colorado Springs.
