Ryan Lantz

Ryan Lantz is a co-owner at Lokal Homes since 2012, leading the company in establishing high standards in home building alongside David Lemnah. Prior to this role, Ryan co-founded Cypress Partners Inc. in 2008, serving as COO and focusing on residential housing redevelopment. From 2003 to 2008, Ryan held the position of Executive Vice President of Operations at Richmond American Homes, overseeing the management of over 40 active subdivisions and leading a workforce of more than 200 employees. Ryan Lantz earned a degree in Business and Economics from Saint Mary's College of California from 1997 to 2001 and completed secondary education at Cherry Creek High School from 1993 to 1997.
