Project Management

The Project Management team at Lokal Homes is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the planning, design, and construction processes of various housing projects, including condos, townhomes, and single-family detached homes. With a focus on quality, standard features, and excellent customer service, the team ensures timely project delivery, adherence to budget, and compliance with all relevant regulations. Key team roles include strategic oversight by the Project Director, design and architectural leadership by the Senior Architectural Project Manager, and day-to-day project execution and coordination by the Project Managers.
