Kenneth Juul

Kenneth Juul has extensive experience in supply chain management, procurement, and project management. Kenneth has worked for several companies in various industries, including transportation, rental business, retail, and logistics.

Starting in 1991, Kenneth worked as a Forwarder at DSV A/S until 1995. Kenneth then joined Coop Trading A/S, where they served as a Forwarder and later as a Product Manager until 2004. In these roles, they were responsible for global sourcing and negotiation of frame agreements for non-food and dry food products.

From 2004 to 2008, Kenneth worked at Coop Norden AB as a Forwarding Manager, responsible for global sourcing of chilled and frozen produce. Kenneth managed a team of four key-account persons and collaborated with national and common purchase departments.

Kenneth then transitioned to Cramo A/S, where they worked as a Product-line and Project Manager, overseeing the rental business's tools product line. Kenneth was responsible for procurement, service agreements, and machinery and tool management.

In 2009, Kenneth joined DSB as a Strategic Procurement professional, sourcing train and spare parts for the Danish National Railroads. Kenneth later became the Manager of Strategic Procurement for train parts and related services, leading the department in framework agreements, EU tenders, and contracts.

As a freelance Project Management Advisor at Kenneth Juul Freelance, Kenneth provided project consulting services and served on an advisory board for a visionary foundation. Kenneth focused on go-to-market business development for the rolling stock market in Scandinavia.

Most recently, Kenneth worked at Lokaltog as a Chef for Strategiske Indkøb og Sourcing, aligning purchase and sourcing strategies for rail infrastructure. Kenneth managed the project for investing in new trains and infrastructure for new rail technologies.

In addition to their professional experience, Kenneth also worked as a substitute at Svendsen Sport A/S and Camfil Danmark and taught as a Teacher at Køge Handelsskole.

Kenneth Juul attended Roskilde Business School, Roskilde School of Commerce, Roskilde Handelsskole from 1984 to 1987, where they pursued a degree in Linguistics - Sproglig HHX with a field of study in Business/Commerce, General. After that, they attended the School of Commerce, Roskilde from 1991 to 1993, where they obtained a Merkonom degree in Marketing.
