Nathan Klutznick

Nathan Klutznick has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Nathan is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at LoKation® Real Estate since September 2010. Nathan also founded Florida Title & Escrow Services, LLC in January 2013 and holds the role of Founding Partner, providing real estate title insurance and closing services. Additionally, they operate their own venture and investment firm, NK Ventures & Investments, LLC, where they serve as the Principal since April 2010.

Nathan Klutznick obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government & Communication from an undisclosed institution from 2000 to 2004. Nathan also received a Bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado Denver, although the specific dates and field of study are unknown. In 2011, they obtained a certification in Community Association Management Firm from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
