Matt Cordero

Matt Cordero is an experienced visual effects professional specializing in compositing and stereoscopic conversion. Currently employed at Lola Visual Effects since August 2016, Matt holds roles as a Compositor, Roto/Paint Artist, and Flame Artist. Previous experience includes work as a Compositor at Method Studios and CoSA VFX, as well as a Stereoscopic Compositor at mOcean. Matt's career began at Stereo D, focusing on depth artistry from 2011 to 2015, where notable contributions included the conversion of 2D images to 3D and participation in launching a studio in London. Additional roles include 3D Conversion work at Prime Focus VFX and contributions to major theatrical releases as a Stereoscopic Compositor. Educational background includes attendance at the Academy of Entertainment and Technology at Santa Monica College.
