Joel Ronkin

Joel Ronkin is a highly experienced executive with a strong background in the beauty and cosmetics industry. Joel is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of both LolaVie and Brand2ition LLC. Prior to these ventures, Joel served as the Chief Executive Officer/Partner at Fekkai Brands and Luxe Brands from 2015 to 2019. Joel also spent a significant portion of their career at Elizabeth Arden, where they held the position of President/EVP. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the company's operations in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico, as well as managing its e-commerce and outlet store businesses. Joel's extensive industry knowledge and leadership skills have contributed to the success of the brands they have been involved with.

Joel Ronkin completed a B.S. degree in Biology, General from the University of Miami from 1985 to 1988. Joel then pursued a J.D. degree from the University of Miami School of Law from 1989 to 1992. In 2004, Joel attended the Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management for the Advanced Executive Program.
