Rajitha Narayana

Rajitha Narayana is an experienced professional in the financial services and insurance sectors, currently serving as Senior Manager - Agency Operations at LOLC Life Assurance since January 2025. Previously, Rajitha held managerial positions in agency operations at Softlogic Life, contributing from November 2019 to January 2025, and served as an Assistant Manager in the same area. Prior to involvement in agency operations, Rajitha worked as a Finance Executive at Mercantile Fortunes Insurance Brokers and as a Property Accountant at LaVilla Group of Hotels. Career beginnings included roles as an Accounts Assistant at Mercantile Investments and Finance PLC and Indoscan Private Limited. Educational qualifications include an ongoing pursuit of Certified Management Accountants in Sri Lanka and an Associate's degree in Accounting and Finance from the Association of Accounting Technicians Sri Lanka, alongside a Certificate in Business English obtained from the University of Peradeniya.
