Tharanga Rukshan

Tharanga Rukshan is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as Associate Tech Lead at LOLC Technologies since February 2016, Tharanga oversees a development team for the iPay FinTech product, focusing on backend API development, web applications, and system integrations. Previous roles include Technical Specialist and Senior Software Engineer at LOLC Technologies, contributing to backend and web development. Prior to this, Tharanga worked at OpenArc Systems Management (Pvt) Ltd. on the SkyBank Core Banking solution, where leadership and hands-on development were key responsibilities. Tharanga's educational background includes a Bachelor of Information Technology from the University of Moratuwa and a Higher National Diploma in Information Technology from the Sri Lanka Institute of Advanced Technological Education.
