Lolita’s was founded by Joaquin and Dolores Farfan in January of 1984 in Chula Vista, California. Together, the Farfan’s have over 40 years of experience in the Mexican Food industry. Lolita’s prides itself by selling quality fresh Mexican food and appreciates all the customers that have shown their loyalty over the years and look forward to meeting new customers.
