Elyse Gerald

Elyse Gerald is an experienced sales and customer operations professional with a strong background in managing wholesale accounts and customer support. Currently serving as a Sales Support Specialist at Lolli & Pops since September 2025, Elyse previously held the position of Manager of Customer Operations at HydraPak, LLC, where responsibilities included supervising the DX team and managing key wholesale accounts. Elyse's expertise is further demonstrated through roles at Crocs as a Regional Account Representative managing a $22M portfolio, and at CorePower Yoga where responsibilities spanned various customer experience and inventory management roles.
