Carolin Wais

Carolin Wais is a Partner at Plug and Play Tech Center, responsible for overseeing investments in EMEA, focusing on B2B Enterprise Tech across various sectors, including AI, DeepTech, and Fintech. Previously, Carolin founded and organized the traction by ESCP Europe venture capital conference and supported early-stage investments at Axel Springer SE. Carolin has experience as an Investment Controller at next47, a €1 billion fund by Siemens, and completed a dual education program at Siemens AG. Carolin holds a Master of Science from ESCP Business School, a Venture Capital Executive Education from IE Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
