Radhika Kothari is an experienced professional in user experience research and behavioral science applications, currently serving as an Associate Sr. UX Researcher at Lollypop Design Studio and a User Researcher at Earth Hero. Radhika has a diverse background in project leadership, persuasive communication design, and product management, with a focus on promoting sustainable behavior change and engaging pro-environmental actions. Radhika's roles at Coastal Impact India, Sova Health, and multiple research assistant positions have reinforced expertise in translating behavioral insights into effective user journey design and interventions.
