Donald Gress is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and leadership within the corporate and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors at Lollypop Farm, the Humane Society of Greater Rochester since 2014, Gress has played a significant role in animal welfare initiatives. Previously, Gress held the position of Vice President at Honeywell from April 2011 to September 2020, focusing on financing energy performance projects across Canada and the Northeastern United States. Prior to this, Gress was a Vice President at M&T Bank, where over 350 million dollars in leasing business was structured and sold during 2005 to 2010.
