Joanna Dychton

Joanna Dychton has extensive experience in animal care and management, currently serving as the Farm Director at Lollypop Farm, Humane Society of Greater Rochester since May 1998. In this role, Joanna oversees the Farm and Equine departments, focusing on the care, intake, and placement of livestock and equine. Prior to this, Joanna held the position of Farm and Safety Manager at the same organization, where responsibilities included overseeing animal care, staff and volunteer management, and advising potential adopters. Joanna began their career at Wegmans Food Markets, working as an Olde World/Deli Clerk from August 1992 to December 1999, where responsibilities involved customer service and product management in the specialty cheese section. Educational credentials include a Certificate in Non-Profit Management from St. John Fisher University and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from the State University of New York at Oswego.
