Prior to this role, Franklin held positions such as Director of Product Design at Burrow, Head Design Manager at Pottery Barn, Head of Product Development at Roman and Williams Guild, and Designer, Home at Calvin Klein. Franklin started their career as an Associate Designer, Furniture at West Elm after obtaining a BFA in Furniture Design from the Rhode Island School of Design in 2010.
