Matt Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Matt recently joined Loloi Rugs as the Director of Customer Experience. Prior to that, they worked at 7-Eleven as the Director Voice-of-the-Customer, leading the customer experience program and customer service program. Matt also served as a Senior Program Manager in the Voice-of-the-Customer department, overseeing social media listening, digital survey, and customer analytics. Before 7-Eleven, Matt worked as a Principal at RLTW Consulting. Matt also had roles at Alpine Investors, where they served as an Executive In Residence and later as the Chief Executive Officer (KidKare), successfully leading the childcare SaaS business through operational and regulatory transitions. Matt's earlier experience includes working at Oldcastle in roles such as Project Manager & Strategic Initiatives and FP&A & Projection Manager. Matt began their career in the US Army, where they served as a Captain in the 3D Ranger Battalion (Special Operations) and as a Lieutenant in the 101st Airborne. Matt holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Matt Wilson completed their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University from 2002 to 2006. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, which they completed from 2014 to 2016.
