Tess Fabian

Tess Fabian is a seasoned professional in the field of planning and inventory management, currently serving as the Director of Planning and Inventory Management at Loloi Rugs since August 2023. Previously, Tess held multiple leadership roles at Neighborhood Goods, including VP of Merchandising and Planning, VP of Brands and Merchandising, and Director of Merchandising from July 2019 to August 2023. Prior experience includes a tenure as Sr. Buyer/Sr. Category Leader at Fred's Inc. and various purchasing positions at JCPenney, where responsibilities ranged from buying to inventory planning across women’s apparel categories. Tess began a career in merchandising as a Fabric Buying Intern at The Donna Karan Company, LLC, after earning a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising from Texas Christian University in 2007.
