Thom Cao is an experienced professional in corporate social responsibility, health, safety, and environmental management. Currently serving as the Corporate Social Responsibility Manager at Loloi Rugs since October 2021, Thom develops and implements national CSR strategies, manages policies, conducts risk assessments, and oversees the sustainability progress of 200 global suppliers. Prior roles include HSE Manager at Tetra Pak, where Thom successfully led a Greenfield project with a safety record of over 2.9 million man-hours without accidents, and HSE Supervisor at PETRONAS CARIGALI VIETNAM LTD. Additionally, Thom has expertise in social compliance and auditing from previous positions with Timberland and IKEA Group. Thom holds a Master's degree in Occupational Safety & Health/Environmental Management from Columbia Southern University and a Bachelor's degree in International Economics from Foreign Trade University, along with a NEBOSH certification.
