Mamunah Carter

Mamunah Carter is an experienced executive assistant with a strong background in supporting high-level executives and managing operations. Since March 1999, Mamunah has served as the Executive Assistant to the CEO of LOMA, Tom Donaldson, and currently assists Kathy Milligan in the Education & Training Division. Prior to LOMA, Mamunah managed the Work-Study Program at Virginia Commonwealth University's University Counseling Center from 1992 to 1995 and coordinated media sales operations at Time Warner Inc. from 1986 to 1990. Mamunah holds a certificate in Secretarial/Word Processing from Robert Fiance Business Institute and has a background in fashion from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
