Suzy Adams

Suzy Adams, MBA, SPHR, currently serves as the Executive Director of Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, and Leave Administration at Loma Linda University Health, a position held since January 2017. In this role, Suzy oversees employee relations investigations, employee engagement initiatives, leave administration, ADAAA accommodations, immigration, and unemployment matters, while also providing executive coaching and strategic support as a member of the HR leadership team across multiple health system entities. Prior experience includes serving as a Director of Employee Relations and Leave Administration, Human Resources Division Business Partner at DaVita Kidney Care, Employee Relations Manager at Fresenius Medical Services, and Employee Relations Manager at American Express. Suzy is pursuing a Ph.D. in General Psychology with an emphasis on integrating technology, learning, and psychology at Grand Canyon University, after earning an MBA in Internet Strategy and a BSBA in Organizational Theory.
