Gretchen Croteau

Gretchen Croteau has extensive experience in data management and strategic information services, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Gift Processing and Data Management at Bucknell University since April 2008. In this role, Gretchen oversees the acquisition and management of constituent data within the university's CRM system. Previous positions include Assistant Director of Advancement Information Services, where responsibilities included training over 100 colleagues and ensuring accurate data analysis for various departments. Gretchen's earlier roles at the Lupus Foundation of America and as co-owner of Salty and Baked LLC further showcase a diverse professional background. Educationally, Gretchen holds a BS in Information Systems and a BA in Psychology from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
