Jill Hallam-Miller

Jill Hallam-Miller is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in both animal training and library sciences. As the owner of Your Best Behavior, LLC since November 2021, Jill provides certified dog training services, including group classes and private behavior modification sessions. At Bucknell University, Jill has held multiple roles since February 2015, currently serving as Director of Research Services & Information Literacy, where responsibilities include overseeing information literacy integration and collaborating with faculty. Previous positions include Reference and Instruction Librarian at Central Penn College from 2010 to 2015, a Loan Officer at Orrstown Bank from 2006 to 2009, and a Quality Assurance Analyst at Nationwide Insurance from 2001 to 2006. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from Boise State University, an MSLS in Library Science from PennWest Clarion, and a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
