John Fischer is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in business development and investor relations. As the Co-Founder and Executive Vice President, Head of Distribution at Axcelus Financial since February 2018, John Fischer oversees the expansion of US operations and the Group Variable Annuity investments in US assets, leading the sales and distribution teams across various channels. Additionally, John Fischer has been serving as Senior Managing Director, Transatlantic at Lombard International Assurance since October 2014, focusing on global business development and investor relations. Previously, John Fischer held the position of Executive Vice President & CMO at Philadelphia Financial Life Assurance Company, which is now part of Lombard International US, starting in September 1994. John Fischer earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Saint Joseph's University between 1977 and 1981.
