Toufic Rifai

Toufic Rifai is a consultant at Lombardini22 since January 2023 and has been a member of the teaching staff at Politecnico di Milano since September 2018, collaborating with Prof. Pierre Alain Croset. Previously, Rifai served as a mobility and urban design consultant at Systematica, where notable work included leading the design development of a $1.3 billion special economic zone in Riyadh aligned with KSA’s Vision 2030. Additional experience includes serving as an architect at OBR Open Building Research, where projects involved the Masterplan of Genova’s area affected by the collapsed A10 Bridge and the Mitoraj Art Museum. Earlier roles include junior architect at ECC, focusing on cultural heritage and urban development, and an architectural intern at Bernard Khoury / DW5, assisting with various residential and commercial projects. Rifai earned a Master of Architecture and Urban Design from Politecnico di Milano in 2018.
