Victor Ollén

Victor Ollén is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business development, education, and community engagement. Currently serving as a member of the Culture and Leisure Committee for Lomma kommun, Victor plays a crucial role in promoting cultural and recreational activities. As the Founder and Concept Developer of Opus Edu, Victor is dedicated to bridging the gap between employers and young job seekers. Previous roles include Head of Business Development at odd hill, where strategic initiatives were driven to enhance market penetration, and member of the Board for Game Habitat Southern Sweden, fostering an inclusive game development community. Victor also held positions as a Business Developer for Malmö stad, Chairman of Paulina SFF, and Executive Vice President at Perfect Place AB, which focused on developing workplaces. Earlier experiences include managing director at Malmo Nordic Dining Ltd and a consultant role at Meltwater Group. Victor holds a B.Sc. in International Business from Copenhagen Business School.
