Josh Feneis is a litigation attorney with extensive experience in various areas of law, including Divorce, Family Law, Custody Disputes, Commercial Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, and Business Law. Currently, at Lommen Abdo Law Firm since December 2018, Feneis has honed a focus on family-related legal matters while also engaging in commercial and contract litigation. Prior experience includes litigating civil cases at Anderson Bottrell Sanden & Thompson from August 2014 to December 2018, as well as serving as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Jay D. Carlson in the State of Minnesota's Seventh Judicial District from March 2010 to August 2014. Earlier roles include an internship in the Federal Affairs Office under Governor Tim Pawlenty and a fellowship with the Volunteer Lawyers Network, where Feneis assisted low-income clients. Feneis holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Minnesota Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Minnesota.
