Becky Mear

Becky Mear is an experienced professional in the property management and learning and development sectors, currently serving as the Learning & Engagement Support Manager at Lomond since August 2021, following roles as L&D Operations Manager, Learning and Development Business Partner, and Learning & Development Associate. Prior to Lomond, Becky spent over 12 years at Linley and Simpson, where positions included HR Administrator/Trainer, Trainer, Operations Assistant, Senior Property Manager, and Property Manager. Earlier experience includes property management roles at Countrywide, CJ Hole, and Andrews Property Group. Becky holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management with Marketing Management from the University of Gloucestershire.
