Matthew Klundt

Matthew Klundt is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, coaching, and safety training. Currently, Matthew serves as the Owner of Team Discipline since August 2023 and as the Safety Training Coordinator at Lomont Molding LLC since May 2022. Prior to these roles, Matthew worked as a Crossfit Coach at Crossfit Teo from June 2019 to July 2023. Academic leadership experience includes serving as Dean of Students, Assistant Dean of Students for Health, Career, and Service, and Director of Career Development, Internship, and Service Learning at Iowa Wesleyan University from January 2020 to November 2021. Matthew holds a Master of Arts in Management Leadership from Iowa Wesleyan University and a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education Teaching, with endorsements in Health and Coaching, along with an Exercise Science degree.
