Brian Smolskis

Brian Smolskis is an experienced healthcare executive and consultant, currently serving as the Owner of Salt River Range Consulting since January 2024, providing a broad array of healthcare consulting services. Previously, Brian held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Suspension Direct Inc starting September 2023, and served as System Chief Operating Officer and President/CEO of PIH PHP Medical Group & HealthMed Services, Inc. from July 2006 to September 2023. During this tenure, Brian significantly expanded the group from under 140 to over 360 physicians and directed an Independent Physicians Association with more than 100,000 covered beneficiaries. Earlier roles included leadership positions at Allscripts, White Memorial Medical Center/Adventist Health, and Adventist Health, with a focus on operational and technological advancements in healthcare facilities. Brian holds an MBA in Information Systems from California State University-Long Beach and a BA in Accounting from Franklin & Marshall College.
