Danielle Okerblom

Danielle Okerblom is a dedicated pharmacist with extensive experience in various healthcare settings. Currently, Danielle serves as a pharmacist at Dignity Home Health and Hospice since May 2021 and has held a per diem clinical staff pharmacist position at Lompoc Valley Medical Center since April 2016. Previous roles include staff pharmacist and pharmacy manager at Albertsons from December 2014 to June 2019, where community care and chronic disease management were priorities. Early career experiences include pharmacy internships at Dignity Health and the Medication Management Center, where Danielle provided medication counseling and interventions. Danielle holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from the University of California, Davis.
