Prior to this, Michael served as Sr. Director Prospect Research, Prospect Management, Systems, and Analytics at Cleveland Clinic from March 2013 to March 2022, where responsibilities included leading a comprehensive analytics team to improve services for caregivers and patients through data visualization and machine learning. Michael's extensive experience spans roles in data analytics, management, and loss prevention, with earlier positions at Sears Holdings Corporation and Michaels Stores, Inc. Michael holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biology from Bradley University and further pursued education at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
