Michael's extensive experience spans roles in data analytics, management, and loss prevention, with earlier positions at Sears Holdings Corporation and Michaels Stores, Inc. Michael holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biology from Bradley University and further pursued education at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
