Arshan M. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in youth-focused initiatives and startups. Currently serving as the Chief Vibes Officer and Founder of Vibes in Care CIC, Arshan is dedicated to transforming care for young people. Additionally, Arshan holds the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer at The YOUTHOOD Project, focusing on financial sustainability and strategic growth, and leads ZEAK Holdings and ZEAK Labs as Founder and CEO and Founding Director, respectively, emphasizing innovation and social impact. Further involvement includes roles at Fitzrovia Youth in Action, Camden Youth Justice Service, the Association for Young People’s Health, and the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust, all aimed at enhancing youth engagement and well-being.
